CONCRETE CABINET WARRANTY

Lifetime warranty
All of our custom concrete cabinetry comes with a lifetime warranty.

 

FIRE MAGIC WARRANTY

Lifetime warranty
Fire Magic Cast Stainless Steel Burners, Stainless Steel Rod Cooking Grids, and Stainless Steel Housings (including liners, frames, hoods, and barbecue faces) are warranted for as long as you own your Fire Magic Barbecue.

Fifteen (15) year warranty
Fire Magic Brass Burners, Brass Valves, Backburner Assemblies (except ignition parts), Manifold Assemblies, and Porcelain Housings (including liners, frames, hoods, and barbecue faces) are warranted for fifteen (15) years from the date of purchase.

 

Three (3) YEAR warranty
Fire Magic Sideburners and all other Fire Magic Barbecue components (except ignition systems) are warranted for three (3) years from the date of purchase. Fire Magic ignition systems and barbecue accessories are warranted for one year from the date of purchase.

 

 

 JADE (DYNASTY) WARRANTY

 As the owner of a Jade® residential appliance, you are entitled to an unprecedented level of support and service after you make your purchase. This unique program offers dedicated toll-free assistance and priority service scheduling should any in-home calls be required. Call toll-free: 1-866-820-9401.

Warranty

Jade Products Company provides the following warranty coverage:

  • Ranges And Cooktops – A 2-/5-/10-year limited warranty.
  • Ventilation Hoods – A 2-year limited warranty.
  • Refrigerators – A 3-year full/5-year limited warranty on the refrigeration system; a 12-year limited warranty on the sealed refrigeration system parts; and a 30-day limited warranty on the water filter cartridge.
  • Dishwashers – A 1-year full/3-year limited parts warranty; a 5-year limited warranty on controls, pumps, motors, arms, sensors and racks; and a lifetime warranty on the door liner and tub for failure due to leaks.

A "No compromise Grill" Should Have A "No compromise Warranty"

PGS offers one of the most comprehensive warranties in the premium gas grill business. our products are sold exclusively through independent dealers and distributors. Our warranty applies to residential installations only. Please see our PGS Owner's Manual for additional details. We do not support or authorize internet sales of PGS grills.

LIFETIME on stainless steel cooking grids, warming rack, stainless supports and side shelves included in the K Series and Legacy Series.

LIFETIME on stainless steel burners included in the Legacy Newport, Newport Gourmet, Pacifica, Pacifica Gourmet and BIG SUR gourmet.

10 YEARS on all burners, controls, rock grates and control panel included in the K Series..

2 YEARS on ignition module included on the Newport, Newport Gourmet, Pacifica, Pacifica Gormet and BIG SUR Gourmet.

1 YEAR on all other components and paint including ignition, rock, labels and sub-assemblies.
